Just go! If you like meat, you'll live this place. The salad bar is the best I have ever seen. They shouldn't even have \salad\ in the name of this bar, the food options were beyond amazing including a wide variety of sushi. Meat is brought to you frequently on skewers fresh off the smoke grille. They slice off pieces for you sizzling hot. Drinks are included and pricing is surprisingly reasonable. Love this place! Warm, clean and inviting interior. Highly recommend.

Arrived in Cancun on December 31 from Cozumel as we had a flight to catch in the morning. We wanted to go out to 'celebrate' NYE but couldn't stay up until midnight. We were so lucky Bovino's was open, and while we had no reservation the manager offered us a table if we could leave with 90 minutes. That was perfect for us. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable and the buffet was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Full of gourmet platters, salad, sushi, soups, charcuterie, fish, sauces, and dips! Every bite was savory each item better than the previous. We had a little of every meat that came around, and kept our wine glasses full with a delicious red from Mexico! The entire surroundings made the night festive and special. COVID safe procedures were in place the entire time, tables spaced apart and we felt safe and secure the entire time. The entire restaurant from staff to management is to be commended!
